That's right theatre fans. It's time for my customer story of the week. Actually this is my first customer story in over a year. What can I say? There's been a lot of theatre to write about I guess. You know, like Hamilton? Now don't get me wrong. It's a great show. But there are other shows playing on Broadway believe it or not. Like the upcoming Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Which brings me to today's blog.
A few month's ago I received a call from a travel agent in Massachusetts. West Springfield to be exact. As it turns out, her client was a teacher at a local high school who was planning a trip for a hundred and twenty students in March. Their destination? Why New York City of course. Their choice? Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Now I know what you're thinking. Isn't that show more for younger kids? Well some might think so, but they would be wrong.
Now I'm not a kid by any means, and I can't wait to see it. So anyway after finding out when they would be here, I asked them how much they wanted to spend. Since the budget was small, I suggested that they sit in the Rear Mezzanine as it is a very small theatre, and that would also keep costs down as well. In the end they ended up with eighty tickets, and at a price that was lower than they had seen anywhere else. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
