Customer Story

The PresentThe Phantom of the OperaToday's customer story comes all the way from "Down Under". That's right. I'm talking about the great country of Australia. Sydney to be exact. A few day's ago, I had a couple walk into our office who wanted to inquire about tickets to see a Broadway show while they were here. Now as soon as they walked in I knew that they had the New York Pass.

I know what you're thinking. I must be psychic right? You would think. Actually, it's because the majority of people that come up to our office do so because they have the pass. Now for those of you that are not familiar with the New York Pass, it get's you discounts on over a hundred different things to do and see while in New York City, including theatre tickets. Which is why they were in my office that day.

Plus not only do they get a great deal on theatre tickets, but the prices for the most part are lower than if they walked up to the theatre themselves. Sounds like a good deal to me. So anyway I asked them what they wanted to see, and their first choice was The Phantom of the Opera. Now since the show has been playing for a long time, I told them it wouldn't be a problem getting them tickets, and at a very low price.

In the end I got them great seats in the Center Front Mezzanine. But wait. They weren't done yet. No it seems they wanted to see another show. Their choice? Why none other a new play starring two of their fellow Aussies. That's right. I'm talking about The Present, starring Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett and Richard Roxburgh. Now they knew going on it might be a hard ticket to obtain.

Luckily I was able to find them seats in the Rear Mezzanine. I know. I know. Rear Mezzanine? Surely they won't be able to see right? Wrong. For starters the theatre is not very big. Not too mention the seats were in the third row right in the middle. Sounds like good seats to me. So there you have it folks. Two great shows, with excellent seats to boot. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
