Believe it or not, but in less than two months I will celebrate my thirteenth anniversary at Applause. Now while that may not be as long as we have been in business, it is still quite an accomplishment my friends.
Since that day I have spoken to hundreds and hundreds of customers. From regular people who were looking for great deals on theatre tickets, to concierges looking to get premium tickets for their guests. We have served them all, and then some.
However today's blog is about a very special group of people. That's right. I am talking about the travel industry. You know it still amazes me after all these years that I continue to hear from the same travel agents. In fact just last month, I heard from a travel agent from Toronto who has been using us for over ten years. Now that is what I call one loyal customer.
Now the truth is I'm not really surprised. After all when you provide great customer service, people continue to come back again and again.
