One of my favorite theatrical experiences of all time was performing in a community theatre production of Fiddler On The Roof. Now believe it or not but I have never seen a production. That includes the most recent 2004 Broadway revival. Cut to eleven years later and Fiddler is heading back to the Great White Way. You can guarantee I won't miss this one. For starters it is being headlined by five-time Tony nominee Danny Burstein (Cabaret, Follies). Not only that but it is being directed by Tony winner Bartlett Sher, who's current production of The King and I, is still playing to packed houses eight times a week at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre on Broadway. Now do you see why I'm so excited about seeing it? By the way for those of you looking to get tickets to the show you are in luck. We sell it. But wait. It gets better.
