That's right theatre fans. The boys are back, and they are getting the band back together. Like how I did that? The Boys In The Band, which first premiered Off-Broadway on April 14, 1968, will make it 's long awaited Broadway debut this Spring at the Booth Theatre.The show, which features an all-star cast, and is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, (Take Me Out, Wicked), is set to open on April 30. The limited engagement will conclude it's run on August 11.
The Mart Crowley play stars Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory), Zachary Quinto (Star Trek), Matt Bomer (White Collar), Andrew Rannells (The Book of Mormon), Robin De Jesus (In the Heights), Brian Hutchinson (Exit the King), Michael Benjamin Washington ( La Cage Aux Folles), and Tuc Watkins ( One Life To Live), and Charlie Carver (Desperate Housewives).
