Customer Story

This week's customer story comes all the way from the great state of California. San Diego to be exact. A few months ago I received a call from a customer who was looking to come to New York in October and wanted to see a few shows while she was here. Make that six shows. Now you're probably thinking why am I talking about a phone call from three months ago? Well the main reason is because while the shows she wanted were on sale I told her that by waiting a little longer she would still be able to get excellent seats but for a much lower price. How low you ask? Below face value. See I told you it was low didn't I?

At first she was hesitant as she was worried that by waiting that not only would the show not be available but also the seats might not be as good. I told her that while I understood her concern she had picked shows that while popular would still have good seats left. Plus she was coming during a slow period. After saying that she felt much better and decided to wait. I told her I would keep checking on a weekly basis and let her know when the deals extended. Which brings me to last week when I called and told her we were ready to go. By the end of the call I had managed to get her center seats for all six shows and for below cost. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
