Customer Story

Todays' customer story comes all the way from the great state of Texas. Ft. Worth to be exact. This past Saturday I received a call from one of our regular customers who was planning their annual trip to New York and wanted tickets to one of this season's hottest new shows. I am of course talking about Matilda The Musical. Which if you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend that you do. It is a must see.

So anyway now that I knew what she wanted to see I needed to find out when they wanted to go and where they wanted to sit. Now even though they picked a weekday performance they knew that getting seven tickets together in the Orchestra might be difficult. Therefore they were willing to split up to get the best seats. Now because I was getting these tickets from another source it was difficult finding an odd number of tickets.

Luckily they were able to find an extra person so we were able to get them tickets for the show. In the end I got them four tickets together and the other four tickets back to back. Plus I was able to get them for a lower price than they were expecting. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
