That's right theatre fans. You've only got four more weeks to see Martin McDonagh's newest work A Behanding In Spokane. The show which opened at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre on March 4 will hold it's final performance on Sunday June 6. The cast of this new play features Sam Rockwell, Anthony Mackie, Zoe Kazan, and Tony nominee Christopher Walken. Now while the show received mixed reviews it has remained a steady seller since it opened and recently recouped it's entire investment. A Behanding In Spokane To Open Tomorrow

One of this season's most highly anticipated new shows is A Behanding In Spokane. This new play by acclaimed Irish playwright Martin McDonaugh stars Christopher Walken, Zoe Kazan, Anthony Mackie and Sam Rockwell and began previews on February 15 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. For those of you have never seen one of his plays they are generally very dark yet comedic at points as well. That is why they call it a "dark comedy".

It's also interesting to note that this is the first one of his shows to take place in the United States. What the reviews will be is anyone's guess. I have yet to see one of his plays that did not get good notices or a Tony nomination for Best Play. Will this be the one to break the streak? We will soon find out.
