Final Weeks For Broadway's Angels In America

That's right theatre fans. You have less than three weeks to see one of the most celebrated shows of all time. Angels In America, which won three 2018 Tony Awards, including Best Play Revival of the Year, will play it's final performance at the Neil Simon Theatre on July 15.

Angels in America Extends Broadway Run

After 11 Tony Nominations, Angels in America has extended their Broadway run.

Previously set to end on July 1st, the revival of the popular Broadway show starring Andrew Garfield and Nathan Lane is now set to end July 15th.

After the nominations for the Tony Awards were announced on May 1st, Angels in America became the most nominated play in the history of the Tony Awards.

Angels in America began previews at the Neil Simon Theatre on February 23rd, and officially opened on March 25th.

Angels in America is a two-part play, written by tony Kushner sets in the 1980s during the height of the AIDS epidemic.
