See Tony Award Winner The Band's Visit For Less This Fall

The Band's VisitThat's right theatre fans. It is now possible to see last season's biggest winner at some amazing prices. The Band's Visit, which won ten 2018 Tony Awards including Best Musical of the Year, continues to delight audiences eight times a week at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.

The show, which recouped it's entire investment last month, stars Tony Award winners Katrina Link, Ari'el Stachel, and Sasson Gabay, who starred in the 2007 film version of the show. Now as I mentioned at the beginning of my blog, you can now get tickets to see this award winning musical at prices that can't be beat.

Be advised that while this "Special Offer" is good thru December 14, it is for select seats only, and as always subject to availability. Get your tickets to see The Band's Visit on Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Until next time theatre fans.

Tony Award Winner The Band's Visit Recoups

The Band's VisitExciting news theatre fans. Last season's biggest winner has scored another victory. The Band's Visit, which won ten 2018 Tony Awards, including Best Musical of the Year, has officially recouped it's entire investment of $8.75 million dollars.

Not bad for a show that has been playing less than a year. The show which opened at the Barrymore Theatre on November 9, also won the Drama League, New York Drama Critic's Circle, Lucille Lortel, Outer Critic's Circle, for Best Musical of the Year.

Now for those of you who want to see the show, you are in luck. We sell it. Well that and every other play and musical on Broadway. Get your tickets to see The Band's Visit on Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Until next time theatre fans.

The Band's VisitThat's right theatre fans. One of this season's most highly anticipated shows has officially opened on the Great White Way. The Band's Visit, which is based on the highly acclaimed 2007 film, first premiered Off-Broadway in December 2016, where it won the 2017 Obie Award for Best Musical, along with the New York Drama Critic's Circle Award for Best Musical of the Year. New Musical The Band's Visit To Open On Broadway This Fall

Exciting news theatre fans. One of this season's most critically acclaimed new musicals is headed to the Great White Way.

The Band's Visit, which won two Lucille Lortel Awards, including Outstanding Musical, will begin previews at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on October 7, with opening night scheduled for November 9.

Based on the award winning 2007 film, The Band's Visit tells the story of the Alexandria Ceremonial Police Band, who are hired to play at the opening of a new cultural center in Israel. Shortly after their arrival, they discover that not only have their hosts not arrived, but they are in the wrong place, with no transportation and no place to stay.

The show, which is being directed by David Cromer (Our Town), features a score by Tony nominee David Yazbeck (The Full Monty, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.), and a book by Itamar Moses.
