I will be the first to admit that I was not looking forward to seeing A Tale of Two Cities. To me it looked like just another Les Miz clone.(A show which I walked out of not once but twice.) But I have to say not only was I surprised at how good it was but how much I really enjoyed it. Sure you may not walk out humming all the songs, but for the most part the songs were pretty and helped tell the story. The performances from top to bottom were first rate and the sets and costumes really made you feel that you were transported back to the late 1700's. If you are looking for an entertaining evening that will keep you entertained from beginning to end then I highly recommend A Tale of Two Cities.
