Evita The Musical is Having a Winter Ticket Sale

Evita The Musical first came to Broadway in 1979 and instantly became a big hit Broadway musical.  With music and book written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, two of the theater's most brilliant creative team, Evita tells the story of the First Lady of Argentina and her "rags to riches" tale.  First Lady Eva Peron managed to win the love and admiration of the people of Argentina after getting married to Juan Peron, a former military leader, then turned president.

The show takes place in Buenos Aires between 1934 and 1952.  As the show progresses, we see Eva Peron emerge from a child without a father to ambitions of becoming an actress to eventually become the leader of Argentina as well as the most powerful woman in all of Latin America.  Many of the details and events of Eva's life are told to the audience in song with frequent narration by the narrator of the show, Che.  The role of Che is currently played brilliantly by world famous recording artist Ricky Martin.

The Broadway, London and nationwide ticket experts at Applause-Tickets.com have just learned that the entire cast of evita are scheduled to leave the show on January 26, 2013.  Although we expect the replacement cast of Evita to be a great one, we also found out that the producers of Evita are offering discount tickets available starting right now so they can keep the momentum for the show going into 2013.  With this in mind, You may want to consider obtaining tickets for Evita on Broadway for most performances at a discount except for Friday and Saturday evenings, the show is offering great seat locations at very reasonable prices.
