Can you believe that the 2014-15 Broadway season is almost over? It seems like just yesterday that I was blogging about the new revivals of Side Show and You Can't Take It With You and here we are less than two weeks away from this year's Tony nominations. There is a lot of speculation this year on what show's will be nominated for Best Musical. After all there are only four slots and so far this year nine new musicals have opened on the Great White Way. The two which unfortunately did not survive were The Last Ship and Honeymoon In Vegas. Most are predicting that An American In Paris, Fun Home and Something Rotten are virtual locks. That means there is only one slot left theatre fans. Which brings me to today's blog. How did Finding Neverland fare with the critic's? Is it a hit? The truth is the show has been bringing in over a million dollars a week at the box office and according to the New York Post already has a sizeable advance. But let's face it. Money is good but winning Broadway's top prize would be icing on the cake. So what did the critic's have to say? Let's find out shall we? Enjoy!
