This week's customer story comes all the way from Isanti,Minnesota. Don't feel bad. I've never heard of that town before either. So anyway earlier this week I received a call from a very nice gentleman who was surprising his wife with a trip to New York for the holidays and wanted to see a few shows while they were here. After finding out the dates that he was available I asked him what they wanted to see. His choices were Elf,The Lion King,Rain, and the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Oh did I mention that he and his wife were coming during the holidays?
Now as we all know New York is very busy during that time of the year. That's probably why I escape to Illinois during that week. Well that and to visit my parent's of course. So now that I knew what he wanted to see I set out to find the tickets. Since he was coming in the day after Christmas I was able to get better seats and at prices that were lower than he was expecting. In fact I was able to get him great seats in the Front Mezzanine for Rain at "Below Face Value". Plus I was also able to get him even better seats for the other three shows as well. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
