This week's customer story comes all the way from Tampa,Florida. Now as much as I love New York Tampa sounds pretty good right about now. New York is cold. Early last week I received a call from a very nice lady who was planning a last minute trip to New York with her family. Since her date of arrival was in less than a week she was concerned that there wouldn't be any tickets left for the shows that she wanted to see. I told her not to worry since she was coming in on a Monday and it would not be as hectic as a weekend. Plus she picked two shows that had plenty of availability. Her first choice was Billy Elliot. Now while the show continues to be one of Broadway's biggest seller's it is pretty easy to get seats during the week.
Not only that but at a price that is lower than usual. After selecting the date I was able to find her four nice seats in the Front Mezzanine for $110 each. Which is case you didn't know is below face value. Well she loved that. So now that the first show was all set it was time to take care of show number two. Care to guess what it could be? Why the Radio City Christmas Spectacular of course. Now while the show is a favorite during the holiday season it is not the big seller it once was. I'm guessing the economy has something to do with that. Anyway I was able to find her four excellent seats in the 2nd Mezzanine at a low rate as well. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
