Customer Service

In the eight plus years that I have worked for Applause I have sold tickets to all types of people. From travel agents and concierges to normal people who just walked off the street. Prior to working here I worked for another New York ticket company.Don't get me wrong. It was a good company to work for while I was there. I just feel that the level of customer service wasn't a strong as it could and should have been.  Now we all know that competition is a good thing. Where would we be without it?If there was no Coke would Pepsi be near as successful? Where would McDonald's be without Wendy's or Burger King?

Without competition it might be easy to rest on your laurels and just keep doing the same old same old day in and day out. Luckily that will never happen. To this day it still amazes me that I get to work in a place where I get the chance to talk about something that I love more than anything else. Live theatre. If I didn't I probably wouldn't be able to talk so passionately about it. That's what we do. When people ask me what I do I suppose the easy answer would be, "I sell tickets." Big deal. So do hundreds of other companies. What we do is provide a service. A service that I think is one of the best in the industry. Don't believe me? Why not give us a call. You'll be glad you did.
