Customer Story

Today's customer story comes all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio. This past Saturday I received a call from a travel agent who's client was planning a trip to London with her daughter next month and wanted to see two shows. Her choices were Les Miserables which has been playing in the West End for over twenty-five years and Prom 1 which to be honest I have never heard of before. Evidently it is a very well known and popular concert playing at the Royal Albert Hall. So anyway now that I knew what they wanted to see I needed to find out when they wanted to go and where they wanted to sit. Now since the concert was only playing on July 12  that left them only the next day to see Les Miz as they were flying out on Sunday morning. When all was said and done I was able to get them excellent seats for both shows and we even were able to have them personally delivered to their hotel on the day they arrived. How is that for first class service? Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
