Customer Story

Today's customer story comes all the way from the great state of Michigan. Plymouth to be exact. Over the weekend I received a call from a travel agent who's client was planning a trip to New York next month and wanted tickets to see The Lion King along with a car transfer from the airport to their hotel in Times Square. That's right. Besides offering tickets to all shows and events in New York we also provide car service to and from the hotel.

How many other ticket companies do you know that offer service like that? No too many my friends. So now that I knew what the client wanted to see I needed to find out when they wanted to go and where the wanted to sit. Well as it turns out they were only going to be in town for a couple of days so they only had one day they could go. Luckily is was during the week as opposed to a Saturday night where the tickets are more expensive and harder to come by as well.

Plus they needed a center aisle which of course is what everybody wants as the animals come down the two center aisles during the show. When all was said and done I was able to get them excellent seats on the center aisle about halfway from the stage. Not only that but the tickets were less than they were expecting. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
