Today's customer story comes all the way from Fort Smith, Arkansas. Yesterday afternoon I received a call from one of our regular travel agents who's client was planning a trip to New York later this month and wanted to see a show while they were here. Their choice? Why none other than Disney's The Lion King. My favorite show. NOT! For those of you read my blogs know that I am not the biggest Disney fan in the world. Although I will admit that it does have it's place. I mean let's face it without Disney most children would never experience a Broadway show. For that they should be commended. Anyway enough about how I feel about Disney. So now that I knew what they wanted to see I needed to find out when they wanted to go and where they wanted to sit.
Now for those of you that are not familiar with the show the animals come down the center aisles during the first ten minutes of the show. Therefore that is where most people want to sit. After a little research I was able to get them excellent seats in the Rear Orchestra on the aisle. Another satisfied customer. Not so fast. It turns out that not only did he need theatre tickets but needed transportation from the airport to the hotel. Let me guess. You didn't know we offered that did you? Well we do. In fact not only do we provide luxury car service from the airport to the hotel but we can even set up a meet and greet for an extra fee as well. So there you have it folks.
