Al Pacino in a new play on Broadway by David Mamet? Count me in theatre fans. China Doll, which is scheduled to begin previews at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre on October 21, will open on November 19, and play a limited run thru January 31. Now just in case you didn't know, China Doll is a brand new play about a wealthy man (Pacino), his young and beautiful fiancee, and an airplane. That is one crazy triangle my friends. Oh and did I mention it's a two person play? Wait a minute. Aren't I forgetting the fiancée? You would think so but you would be wrong. We actually never see the so called love of his life. That's why it's a two person play. So now does it make sense? Tickets are now on sale so don't miss your chance to see what is sure to be one interesting night in the theatre.
