A brand new critically acclaimed play from London playing on Broadway? Count me in theatre fans. Ink, which was nominated for four 2018 Olivier Awards, including Best New Play, is set to open at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on April 24, where it is scheduled to play thru June 9.
Set in London in 1969, Ink tells the story of future media mogul Rupert Murdoch, who after purchasing the failing newspaper The Sun, sets out along side his mischievous editor Larry Lamb to bring down his competition no matter the cost. Sound like it could have been written today right?
Written by James Graham, and starring Olivier Award winner's Bertie Carvel (Matilda), and Jonny Le Miller (T.V.'s Elementary), and directed by fellow Olivier Award winner Rupert Goold (King Charles III), Ink is sure to be a must see this Spring.
By the way, for those of you who want tickets to see the show, you have come to the right place. We sell it. In fact, if you call right now, you can get tickets to see it at prices that can't be beat. Be advised that while this "Special Offer" is good thru June 9, it is for select seats only, and like always, subject to availability. Get your tickets to see Ink on Broadway at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. Expect the show to be a big contender at this year's Tony Awards. Until next time theatre fans.
