Rent Extends Thru September 7

Rent has been extended through September 7th! This is by far the best news I've heard all day. Back in January when they first announced that Rent was closing I knew they would extend. And why not? Even after 12 years, Rent still has a pretty loyal following. Myself included. Now I will admit nothing will ever replace seeing Rent with the original cast. But it's not about that. What brings audiences to the show year after year is the message. It's about acceptance and believing in yourself no matter what others may think about you. It's about acheiving your hopes and dreams in the face of adversity. I can honestly say that it changed my life the first time I saw it. It will change yours as well.
