Fantastic news theatre fans. One of Hollywood's most acclaimed stars is coming to the Great White Way. Forest Whitaker, who won an Oscar and Golden Globe for his performance as Uganda President Ida Amin Dada in The Last King of Scotland, will make his Broadway debut in a revival of Eugene O'Neill's Hughie. The two-person play, which is being directed by Tony winner Michael Grandage will open in Spring 2016 at a Shubert Theatre to be announced. Now I don't know about you but I can't wait to see this. Not only am I a huge fan of Forest Whitaker, but Eugene O'Neill is one of my favorite playwright's of all time. Here's hoping it's good. Tickets for the show are not on sale but be rest assured when they are we will be selling them. Get your tickets to see Forest Whitaker in Hughie on Broadway in 2016. Until next time theatre fans.
