Still haven't seen one of last season's most critically acclaimed shows? Well what are you waiting for people? Now is the best time to get your tickets to see Hand To God. The show which was nominated for five 2015 Tony Awards, including Best Play of the Year, opened at the Booth Theatre on April 7, 2015. Now when the show was first announced I was more than a little intrigued. A new American play that's not based on a book or a movie? Count me in theatre fans. Not only that but it's being produced by the same guy who produced both Avenue Q and Rent. Which by the way are two of my favorite musicals of all time.
Now I know what you're all thinking. What did I think of Hand To God? Well to be honest I didn't really like it. I loved it! Got you. In fact I would have to say that it is one of the best plays that I have seen in the last decade. It's that good. But enough about what I think about it.
