Last month I posted a blog about the upcoming production of Tootsie. Now while the film is one of my favorite of all times, I was a little worried if it could work as a big Broadway musical.I am happy to report that based on great word of mouth out of Chicago, and today's reviews, I had nothing to worry about. So what did the critic's have to say? Let's find out.

The show, which runs thru October 14 at the Cadillac Theatre in Chicago, is set to begin previews at the Marquis Theatre on March 29, 2019, with opening night scheduled for April 23.
