Now I'll be honest I wasn't exactly excited about seeing Shrek The Musical on Broadway. The idea of a bunch of actor's dressed up as cartoon characters was not something that I usually want or care to see. Boy was I wrong. I loved Shrek. Now sure there are some kinks they need to workout before opening. But that's what previews are for anyway. Besides having some of the most beautiful and imaginative sets on Broadway, Shrek features a wonderful score and great performances from the entire cast.Shrek has made a believer out of me. That's something I never thought I would say. But I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. See Shrek. You won't be disappointed.
