Broadway Production Of Waitress Recoups

WaitressI guess there are more pie fans out there than we thought. Just kidding. Waitress, which opened on Broadway last April, recouped it's entire twelve million dollars less than ten months after it opened. Now I loved the movie. However I will admit that when they announced they were turning the show into a musical I was a little skeptical.

Then I found out that six-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles was writing the score. Suffice to say my fears began to subside. Now I know what you're thinking. Did I like the show when I finally saw it? No. I loved it. Is it as good as the movie? All I'll say is that I love them both. By the way for those of you who want tickets to see Waitress you are in luck. We sell them.

Plus if you call right now, you can get tickets to see this Tony nominated musical at prices that can't be beat. Be advised that while this "Special Offer: is good thru March 16, it is for select seats only, and as always subject to availability. Get your tickets to see Waitress on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. You will love it. Until next time theatre fans.
