One of my favorite books in high school was Harper Lee's masterpiece To Kill A Mockingbird. So imagine how excited I was when I found out that they turned it into a brand new Broadway play. Not only that, but it is being adapted to the stage by Academy and Emmy Award winner Aaron Sorkin.Oh but wait, it gets even better. Starring as Southern attorney Atticus Finch is Emmy winner and Tony Award nominee Jeff Daniels. Oh and did I mention that directing the show is Tony Award winner Bartlett Sher (Oslo, Fiddler On The Roof). Now do you see why I am so excited about seeing it?
Previews for the show are set to begin on November 1at the Shubert Theatre,with opening night scheduled for December 13. By the way, for those of you who want tickets to see the show, you are in luck. We sell it. Get your tickets to see To Kill A Mockingbird on Broadway at the Shubert Theatre. I can't wait.
