Now that is what I call exciting news. That's right theatre fans. Everyone's favorite four foot eleven dynamo, is headed back to the Great White Way. Tony and Emmy Award winner Kristin Chenoweth, last seen on Broadway in My Love Letter to Broadway in November 2016, is set to play a limited engagement at the Nederlander Theatre from November 8, 2019 thru November 17.For The Girls, which incidentally is the name of her new album, is as Ms. Chenoweth describes it, " A tribute to music’s most passionate women—those who have influenced her Tony-winning career." Featuring such classic songs like "The Way We Were", "When I Fall In Love", and "The Man Who Got Away", For the Girls is being directed by Richard J. Alexander, with musical direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell.
Tickets for the show are set to go on sale on September 27. Which will coincide with the release of the album. Oh and did I mention that we will be selling it? The show of course. Not the album.
