Heading to the "Big Apple" in the next month or so? Well of course you are going to see a show or two while you are here right? But why stop at two? How about three or four? After all, New York is the "Theatre Capitol of the World" is it not? In the almost three decades that I have lived here, I have seen hundreds of shows both On and Off-Broadway. And you know what? I bet I've only paid full price a dozen or so times.Now I know what you're thinking. How is that even possible? Well to be honest, being in the industry that I am in I often get free tickets to shows. Does that mean that I get free tickets to everything? Certainly not. I mean I certainly didn't get a deal when I saw Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. However since the show has been playing for a while now, prices have never been lower. That's the great thing about going to the theatre this time of year. So many savings.
In fact as we speak, there are over thirty plays and musicals that are now available at prices that can't be beat. Some of those include recent Tony Award winners like Come From Away and To Kill A Mockingbird, as well as such long running favorites like Chicago and The Phantom of the Opera. I mean who doesn't love a bargain? I know I sure do. Oh and did I mention that we sell all of those shows, as well as each and every show and event in New York City? Well we do.
