Will the Tony's follow suit? We will soon find out. So what is Hangmen all about? Set in London in 1965, Hangmen centers around executioner and pub owner Harry Wade. After the abolition of hangings, Harry's pub is soon overtaken by a group of questionable characters, including stranger Moody who proceeds to flirt with Harry's fifteen year old daughter Shirley.
