Applause Theatre-A Day in the Life of a Ticket Broker

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that when I moved to the big city sixteen years ago that I would be spending my days and nights selling tickets to other people. I came here to be an actor, a writer, an artist. Yet here I am selling hundreds of tickets every week to travel agents, concierges, and total strangers. And you know what? I hate it. Nah, I’m just kidding. I love my job. I even love the people I work with too. How rare is that? So while I wait for my big break I continue to work at Applause and assist new and old customers alike with all their ticket needs. That’s not all. I am also here to answer any questions you might have about the greatest city in the world. After being here for sixteen years I have acquired a lot of knowledge about this great city of ours. Don’t hesitate to call me with any questions you might have at 1-800-451-9930 or 212-307-7050. I don’t have an extension but since I am the only J. that works here I should be pretty easy to find. And if I’m not here (I do have a couple of days off believe it or not) send me an e-mail at james@applause-tickets.com

And if I’m not around, Claudia, Teresa, Erik, Carol, Todd, or Rich are just a phone call a way.
