Having worked at Applause for almost seven years now I have sold thousand of tickets to people of all kinds. From large school groups to individual people looking for last minute tickets to their favorite shows. Now while we enjoy introducing our service to new people are bread and butter if you will has been the travel industry. If not for them Applause might still not be around. Now for those of you travel agents out there that have never heard of Applause I just have one thing to say to you?
What are you waiting for people? Now I know that we are not the only game in town. What we do best is make it easier for you and here is how. So let's say that you are a travel agent and a client comes into your office and besides coming to you to make their travel plans they also need help getting theatre tickets. Well I guess you could waste hours on the Internet looking for the best deal or you could make one phone call and get them tickets in a matter of minutes. That's what happens when you call Applause.
Yes I know there are hundreds of other companies out there that sell theatre tickets. That will never change. The question you have to ask yourself is do you really want to deal with the headache of calling ten or twenty other places to eventually find that they don't have what you are looking for or do you want to take care of it the easy way? I don't know about you but I would choose the latter. Look you already have enough on your plate trying to find your clients a nice hotel while they are here. Why not make a little thing like getting tickets a piece of cake. I like cake. Don't you?
