Customer Story

This week's customer story comes all the way from Los Altos, California. Late in the day yesterday I received a call from a woman who was hoping to get tickets to see Wicked in Mid-February. Prior to calling our company she told me that she had spent most of the afternoon checking out other ticket websites and was not having much luck.

Either the prices were too high or they simply didn't have the type of seats that she was looking for. I told her that I would do my best to get her what she wanted and hopefully at a lower price then she was seeing from some of our competitors. Well she loved that. So after finding out what day she wanted to go I set out to find her seats.

She mentioned that she was looking for seats in Row H or better in the Orchestra. I told her that while I didn't have anything like that I did have 2 very nice seats in Row K of the Orchestra three seats off the aisle. Which by the way is only fifteen rows from the stage. Plus it was at a rate that was lower than she was expecting. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
