Today's customer story comes all the way from Huntington, West Virgina. Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a travel agent who's client was planning a trip to New York later this month and wanted to see a couple of shows. I take that back. She wanted to see three shows. Her choices were The Book of Mormon, Cat On A Hat Tin Roof, and Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf. Three very different but popular shows. Now out of all of those which ones do you think I've seen? I'm ashamed to say that I have not seen any of them. Not that I'm sure that they aren't good.
Mormon did win nine Tony Awards after all and both Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf and Cat On A Hot Tin Roof got very good very reviews. Actually I was supposed to see Virginia Woolf and then Hurricane Sandy happened. Oh well. The show usually comes back at least once every decade so I am sure that I will see it eventually. So anyway know that I knew what they wanted to see I needed to find out when they wanted to go and how much they wanted to spend.
Well as it turns out these particular clients only like to sit in the first three to five rows in the center. Now I don't know about you but I think that is too close. But what do I know? I prefer the Front Mezzanine. Luckily I was able to convince them that the Front Mezzanine seats were better for The Book of Mormon. However I was able to get them excellent seats in the Center Orchestra for the other two shows. Not only that but at prices that were lower than they were expecting. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
