Tina: The Tina Turner To Begin Previews Tonight On Broadway

The wait is finally over. That's right theatre fans. One of this season's most highly anticipated new shows is now on Broadway. Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, begins previews tonight at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. The show, which premiered at the Aldwych Theatre in London in March 2018, where it continues to play to packed houses eight times a week, officially opens on November 7.

Featuring over twenty-two classic songs including "Proud Mary", "Let's Stay Together", "Better Be Good To Me", "Private Dancer", and "What's Love Got To Do With It", Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, is directed by Phyllida Lloyd (Mamma Mia), and choreographed by Anthony van Laast (Sister Act), and has a book by Katori Hall (The Mountaintop).

Also recreating her Olivier Award winning performance as Ms. Turner, is Tony Award nominee Adrienne Warren (Shuffle Along).
