Today's customer story comes all the way from Miami, Florida. Believe it or not but it actually feels like Florida here in New York. It's supposed to get up to 63 degrees today. Sunshine in December. Who would have thought? So anyway earlier today I received a call from a travel agent who's client was planning a last minute trip to New York at the end of the month and wanted to see a couple of shows while they were here. Their choices were The Lion King and Wicked. Now since they were calling so late I assumed it might be difficult to find seats for them. Luckily we had some seats in our inventory for a lower rate in the Mezzanine. Well they loved that. Plus since I was able to get them at a price that was less than they had expected I was able to get then better seats for Wicked at the higher price. Don't you just love it when things work out? Wait. I'm not done. Not only did they purchase tickets from us but they also needed car transfers to and from the airport. Let me guess? You didn't know we offered that did you? Well we do.
