Today's customer story comes all the way from Candler, North Carolina. Earlier today I received an email from one of our regular customers who's client was looking for tickets to see the New York Knicks in January. Being a huge Knicks fan myself I was more than happy to help. Not that I wouldn't be if it was the Boston Celtics or the Brooklyn Nets. I do have a job to do after all. So anyway after finding out when they wanted to go I asked them where they wanted to sit and how much they wanted to spend. Well as it turns out he had called a few days earlier and spoke to Todd in my office and was quoted specific seats and prices. Of course by the time he called back they were already gone. However after a little research I was able to find him comparable seats for only a few dollars more. Plus I was able to have the tickets emailed to him which saved him the twenty-five dollar shipping fee. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
