Raise your hand if you've ever purchased theatre tickets online. Now I'm guessing that most of you have. As a matter of fact, I just purchased ticket's this morning for a show that my friend is starring in downtown. The whole transaction probably took less than three minutes. Of course having been in the ticket business for almost two decades now, it is pretty much second nature to me.
