The thirty-five year old actor and comedian, previously performed in Sweeny Todd, as well as the West End and U.K. tours of The Producers and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Leading the pack with a record breaking eleven nominations is Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
The show, which is scheduled to open on Broadway in 2018, continues to play to sold out audiences eight times a week at the Palace Theatre. Coming in second place with eight nominations was Groundhog Day, which is scheduled to begin previews on Broadway later this month. Here is the full list of this year's nominees.
