This years front runner for Best Play and likely Pulitzer Prize finalist is August: Osage County . This highly entertaining yet tragic look at family life in present day Oklahoma was supposed to be a limited run. However due to amazing reviews and positive audience responses it has thankfully decide to stick around for the long haul. Not only that but it is actually moving to a more intimate theatre next door to make way for Billy Elliot The Musical this fall. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. And don't be afraid by the three hour plus running time. This baby moves!
