Avenue Q in New York City offers Discount Tickets for March and April 2009

If you haven't had the chance to see Avenue Q at the Golden Theater in New York City, now might be a great time for you to see this Best Musical of the Year of 2004 (and 3 category Tony Award winner).

Avenue Q is a puppet and people filled Broadway musical that takes place in New York City. It tells the story of Princeton, an energetic and fun-loving college graduate who comes to the big city looking to fulfill his dreams and for lots of excitement. The only problem for Princeton is that he doesn't have much money. The only neighborhood he can afford to live is called Avenue Q. Although Avenue Q is not the greatest place to be, it is a place where Princeton meets several other new friends, all kind of experiencing life's struggles together. You know, trying to find work, get a date and trying to find out what meaning their lives will have.

Avenue Q is one of the greatest original musicals of modern times. With a book written by Jeff Whitty and music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx as well as outstanding direction by Jason Moore, this show still does lots of business on Broadway. Dennis Cunningham of NY1 calls Avenue Q "hiarious, insightful entertainment-an exuberant blast of fresh air!" I couldn't agree any more myself folks.
