2010 Tony Nominations To Be Announced Next Week

That's right theatre fans. The 2009-2010 Broadway season officially ends today with the opening of Everyday Rapture. Since the season kicked off on July 25,2009 with Burn The Floor over forty new shows opened this season on Broadway. Of those new shows the only ones that were hits at the box office were the already closed revivals of Hamlet and A View From The Bridge as well as A Steady Rain and and Broadway's newest smash The Addams Family.

Now while reviews were mixed for the new revival of Fences it doesn't matter because as we all know that the only reason people are going is to see Denzel Washington on stage. Yes I know there are other shows that did well but we all know that success is measured by how many tickets you sell not what the critics say. Now here are my picks of what I think will be nominated this coming Tuesday. Just remember this is what I expect to get nominated not what I hope will be nominated. Here we go.
