Well unless you've been living under a rock for the past few months then I'm sure you've heard that two-time Academy Award winner Denzel Washington is making his return to the Broadway stage this Spring in August Wilson's revival of Fences. The show which begins previews tonight at the Cort Theatre is scheduled to run thru July 11 only. That means you only have less then three months to get your tickets to one of this season's most highly anticipated new shows.
Now while tickets for most dates are difficult to get the good news is that because the Cort Theatre is so small there really isn't a bad seat in the house. In fact I saw a show there a few years ago from the Balcony which is the third level in that theatre and I saw perfectly. Plus by sitting upstairs you save more as well. You see it's a win-win situation. Get your tickets to see Fences on Broadway. I'm going that's for sure. Who knows? Maybe I'll see you there. Until next time theatre fans.
