Customer Story

This week's customer story comes all the way from La Jolla,California. She called me on Saturday looking for tickets to see The Addams Family and Lend Me A Tenor. For those of you who haven't had the pleasure to see either show I can tell tell you that they are truly two of the funniest shows that you will ever see.

Now while the Addams Family has been playing less then a month it is one of Broadway's hottest shows with tickets sales reaching over a million dollars a week and an a supposed advance of over fifteen million. A week earlier she had purchased Premium tickets for Promises,Promises while she was here an wanted to know if I could do the same for The Addams Family.

I told here that would be no problem and I was able to secure two excellent seats on the aisle in the Orchestra for much less then she thought it would be. Well now that those tickets were taken care of we moved on to Lend Me A Tenor.

At first she said she wanted Premium but I told her that since it was a little less popular then The Addams Family I could still get her great seats but at a price that was below face value. Well she loved that. Once again I was able to get her great seats on an aisle at the lower price. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
