Today's customer story comes all the way from the great state of Arkansas. Fort Smith to be exact. Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a travel agent who's client was planning a trip to our fair city at the end of the month and wanted to see a couple of shows while they were here. Their choices were Motown and the new revival of Les Miserables. Two good but very different choices I would say. After all the do say variety is the spice of life right? So anyway after finding out what they wanted to see I asked the agent when they would be here and of course where they wanted to sit. Now for those of you who read my blogs know that I prefer the Mezzanine but I know not everybody feels the same as I do. In fact this particular customer asked for Orchestra. However after I told them what Orchestra seats were available and what they had in the Mezzanine that took my suggestion and got excellent seats upstairs and at a rate that was much lower than they had seen elsewhere. Well there you have it folks. Two great shows with great seats and prices to boot. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
