The Father Opens Tonight at the Samuel J. Friedman Theater on Broadway

I'm pleased to remind Applause Ticket News readers that the show entitled The Father, starring three time Tony Award winner Frank Langella, will make its American premier tonight in New York City.  The show has been playing preview performances since March 22, 2016.

The Father co-stars Kathryn Erbe, a favorite of mine for many years now.  Ms. Erbe was a regular star on Law & Order: Criminal Intent for many years and was nominated for a Tony Award in 1991 for Best Featured Actress in a play for her role in The Speed of Darkness.

The Father tells the story of a retired dancer, a man who is unfortunately struggling with dementia, forgetting people in his life and simple things like where placed his watch and things of this nature.

If anyone needs assistance with obtaining The Father tickets, we hope you'll call us in New York City at 212-307-7050 or 800-451-9930. Applause-Tickets is open 24/7 and we'd love to hear from you anytime your plans include The Father tickets or any of the other fabulous Broadway shows of your choosing.

Here's wishing the critics give glowing reviews to Frank Langella, Kathryn Erbe and the cast and creative team at The Father.

Cheers, Rich Gladstone
