Customer Story
What? Two customer stories in one week? I must have really run out of ideas right? To be honest if it weren't for our customers I wouldn't be blogging at all. I would be out of a job. Anyway today's customer story comes all the way from Chicago, Illinois. My home state to be exact. Just about an hour ago I received a Boldchat message from a customer looking for two tickets for her husband and daughter to see Wicked next weekend. For those of you that are not familiar with Boldchat it is basically like "Instant Messaging" where people can go to our website and talk to an Applause representative. While there they can ask questions about shows and things to do and see in New York during their visit. You can even order tickets as well. Anyway I asked her when they were available and Sunday matinee was the only date they were free. I was able to find them very nice seats in the first row of the Mid Mezzanine. Now for those of you think that sounds like the "Nose Bleed" section it is not. It is a full view. No poles. Mo obstruction of any kind. Plus I was able to get them at a price that was lower than she had seen anywhere else. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
