Happy Birthday William Shakespeare

Now the truth is, nobody is actually sure if William Shakespeare was really born on this date on April 23, 1564. However, that is the day that is celebrated each and every year, so here we go. Throughout his illustrious career, he wrote thirty-nine plays including As You Like It, Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew, Hamlet, Macbeth, and Romeo and Juliet, some of which were turned into successful Broadway musicals, that reached the same heights as their dramatic inspiration. Another one of those, West Side Story, was currently playing until everything was shut down to the coronanvirus. Make no mistake, Broadway will be back. Let me rephrase that. We will be back, and when we do, we will be stronger than ever. Stay safe everyone, and don't forget to look out for each other. Until next time theatre fans.
