Word of Mouth and Broadway Shows-Applause's Ticket Service Can't Be Beat

I was looking for a term or phrase that could describe how people most likely come into contact with our Broadway Show ticket service Applause www.applause-tickets.com . It occurred to me that when I ask customers "how did you hear about our company Applause today?", they most often say something like "I heard about your ticket service for Broadway thru a friend or relative, sometimes a co-worker, and they said they loved your seats, service, prices and the shows recommended".

When I went to Google and simply typed in the phrase WORD OF MOUTH, some of the results I saw were as follows:

1. Word of Mouth-is advertising that is generated by satisfied or interested readers who tell others about you.

2. Word of Mouth-is what a customer hears about a product or service, company, etc., usually from friends or family.

3. Word of Mouth (WOM), aka Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM), this is a formalized marketing effort designed to stimulate the passing of information by verbal means, especially recommendations, but also general information, in an informal person to person manner, rather than by mass media, advertising.

No matter how much advertising is done to promote services that sell Broadway tickets, my personal feeling is that WORD OF MOUTH (which is really an expression from days long gone by) from other satisfied customers as well as referrals from customers, family and friends are still the best form of marketing all the Broadway Shows that APPLAUSE THEATRE SERVICE
has to offer.

When you need help in solving the problem of deciding which Broadway show should I see? Or where should I sit in the theatre and what are the best seats available for the best prices? Or how about which ticket service can I trust with this important purchase and experience?

It all comes down to WORD OF MOUTH and WHO CAN I TRUST? Have a look at the Applause Theatre Service Broadway Ticket Experts www.applause-tickets.com . Give them a call at 212-307-7050 or 1-800-451-9930 and ask for Todd, Teresa, Jay, Claudia, Carol, Erik, Rich, Bill and the staff. Whether you have a question about tickets or want to make a purchase, our hope is that you will "pass the WORD OF MOUTH" about Applause to others who are interested in Broadway Theatre as well.
